1. User responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information in your profile, CV, and public site. You are responsible for all content you publish and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
2. Platform rules
- No impersonation of real people or organizations.
- No fraudulent job listings, scams, or upfront-fee schemes.
- No illegal, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit content.
- No scraping, reverse-engineering, or abuse of our APIs.
- Respect the intellectual property of others.
3. Account restrictions
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or put other users at risk. Where possible we will notify you and provide an opportunity to export your data before permanent removal.
4. Content ownership
You retain ownership of the content you upload — your CV, portfolio, images, and writing. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the service for you.
5. Liability limitations
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeCraft AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost opportunities, lost data, or decisions made by third parties based on information you publish.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
